Post-delivery Postpartum and Newborn Doula Care
$ 210/ hr, 2-4 Hours / Visit
We provide on-call services to various hospitals and birth centers to support parents with breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, and newborn / NICU care as early as 4 to 12 hours after birth. Our goal is to empower families with hands-on support, helping them navigate the transition to parenthood with confidence and ease.
We assist mothers in getting comfortable by helping with breastfeeding positions and providing guidance on self-care. Our hands-on support includes post-delivery positioning support for the mother, guidance on hand expression to collect colostrum, and assistance with newborn latching, ensuring the mother feels confident in nursing while addressing any feeding concerns.

Night Time (8pm-8am): 8-12 Hours/Visit, $85 / hr,
Reservation before birth is highly recommended.
The Minimum contract is for 10 Visits.
Deluxe Chinese-inspired postpartum doula care and postpartum confinement services (Pei Yue 陪月, YueZi 月子, Sitting the Month 坐月子) to help new mothers have a “motherly care” style recovery & healthy baby bonding. These services focus on physical, mental, and emotional healing during the first month after birth, typically called the "confinement" period. The Special Chinese postpartum doula services for the entire family include: Belly binding wrap, Herbal bath and head therapy, Infant care, Emotional support, Sibling support, and Postpartum recovery support for parents.

The first 6 weeks postpartum is your golden time of opportunity to recover from everything that your mind & body would have gone through after delivering your little one(s). Your body would have just gone through the most miraculous, transformative and sacrificial process in growing, labouring and delivering a human being into this world. Intentional care, rest and nutritious replenishment during this period is vital for the health of a new mother. This is a personalized culinary experience designed to cater to the specific nutritional needs and Chinese traditions of new mothers during the postpartum period, commonly known as the "confinement" or "zuòyuèzi" in Chinese culture. This in-home service offers a convenient and specialized approach to ensuring the new mothers receive nourishing and balanced meals to support your breastfeeding journey, speedy recovery and weight management after childbirth.
Our Birth Doula Package is designed to provide comprehensive, culturally integrated support from our expert team of Chinese / Indian birth doulas. Each doula brings a unique blend of experience, including that of OBGYNs, Midwives, Physical Therapists, and labor nurses, merging the strengths of traditional Asian birth practices with modern American methods.
The package includes unlimited virtual prenatal consultations, providing you peace of mind and guidance at every stage. You’ll also receive TWO in-home visits where we’ll conduct birth preparation classes tailored to your specific needs and concerns. When the time comes, your doula will be with you at your hospital, offering steadfast birth doula support throughout your labor. After birth, we provide 2-4 hours of focused breastfeeding support to help ensure a smooth start to your breastfeeding journey.

Placenta Encapsulation

We use the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) method of placenta encapsulation.
Our Placenta Encapsulation Service is designed to support your postpartum recovery naturally and conveniently — right in the comfort of your home.

Pick-Up: We will go to your hospital to safely pick up your placenta after birth.

Home Delivery: We deliver it to your home for processing.

Encapsulation: Within 48 hours of your birth, we will encapsulate your placenta in your own kitchen, following strict safety and hygiene protocols.
