Records are stored using HIPAA-compliant, professional practice software solution which is recognized across the industry as the leader in secure storage and records management.
When should I arrive?
First visit with completed online intake form: no later than 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
First visit with uncompleted online intake form: no later than 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Routine visits : no later than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
Late arrivals could result in shortened treatment times, as we strive to honor your appointments.
What should I wear?
This is completely up to you.
Wear as little or as much as you feel comfortable in.
Sheet-draping techniques are used to maintain privacy and comfort during the session.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We understand. Life Happens!
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a 24-hour notice.
Please note that clients who do not honor their appointments or cancel with less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of their booked appointment.
How to decide which massage therapy type is best for me?

We will assist you in selecting the treatment that’s ideal for you.
How long should I book?
30 Min: Good for a baby.
60 Min: Good choice if need specific focus on one area of tension/ condition or a full body relaxation.
90 Min: Please call or email to request.
Can I get reimbursement from my health insurance company?
We don't bill insurance directly.
If you have out of network massage benefits, you may get reimbursed by your insurance provider.

How regularly do the experts suggest a prenatal client return for a massage?
A standard treatment plan for a pregnant clients with a doctor's permission includes:
The First Trimester - as needed;
The Second Trimester - At least once per month,
The Third Trimester - Every two weeks with two in the last two weeks of pregnancy.
The labor tends to go more smoothly, if you don't go in with a lot of tension.
How often should I get a postpartum massage?
New mothers can receive her much-needed postpartum massage therapy soon after delivery. The mothers who experience massage therapy compared to the mothers without massage therapy show lower stress level, faster healing speed and more milk supply.
It can be as early as 1 day after the birth, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 28 days.
Then, you can go every two weeks, until you reach about 3 months.
From 4 to 6 months, you can go once per month for maintenance.
