We are tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the mother's wellness and happiness. We can provide light household chores, cook (Indian / Chinese )postpartum diet, assist with hot shower, herbal bath, head wash and hair care. We can assist with breastfeeding, including latching, positioning, and troubleshooting common breastfeeding issues. We encourage self-care for the mother, including rest and recovery. We teach the father's breastfeeding , hands-free breastfeeding and sleeping-pumping techniques.
